Your satisfaction is our priority at Zyvora. If you are not completely happy with your  purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Opened personal hygiene or perishable products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zyvorauae.com and we will replace it at no cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
